As AW’s studio manager, Merli oversees the day-to-day operation of our physical offices in D.C. and Denver, playing a crucial role in ensuring our teams have what they need to produce world-class work. A resourceful, empathetic thinker, Merli helps AW team members stay connected to each other and the communities we work in. Originally from Southern California, Merli holds a B.S in business administration from American University, where she specialized in marketing and international business.
